Tyre shredder is a new type of crushing equipment professionally developed and improved for the current needs of tyre cracking, combustion power generation, crushing and recycling. Using a unique tool design, tyre shredder tool is made of special alloy steel (high-speed steel and tool steel) by special processing technology. Professional vibration tyre crushing recycling, crushing efficiency is higher. Using the shear principle, shredding waste tyres into blocks of 5-8mm. It is more convenient for subsequent shredding and recycling processing for reuse. Has the advantages of uniform discharge, high shredding efficiency, reliable performance, easy to operate and so on.

 

 

Raw Materials

Various pneumatic tyres, scrap tyres, dust cover, oil cartridge rubber, solid tyres, etc. Tyre shredder can be based on different kinds of tyres . Customised design . So the cutter specification, quantity and claw number used are different. Can be customised according to customer's demand.
