The cans depainting pyrolysis furnace is a continuous high temperature charring furnace, charring and depainting. It is capable of charring cans continuously without interruption. Technological Process

Aluminium profiles are put into a high temperature furnace, where the paint is softened and melted by high temperature charring and charred together with other substances to remove the paint. This is what we often refer to as a paint stripping charring furnace. It has some considerable effect on capacitors, aluminium foils, cans, plastic-containing, rubber-containing, metal-separating that is to say, metal-containing organic matter charring treatment. The basic disposal process is a pyrolysis reaction process of the material. The coating is pyrolysed in the furnace in an oxygen-free and high-temperature environment without damaging the metal material. The high water output rate makes it easy to reuse and achieve 24-hour continuous operation.
