Technological Process

The sludge continuous charring furnace is a horizontal rotating body. It adopts indirect heat supply. The hot air furnace on its side burns to produce high temperature. The rotatable furnace body is heated. The materials in the furnace body are thermally decomposed under low oxygen. Generate a large amount of distillation gas. Distillation gas through the induced draft fan into the combustion chamber for secondary combustion.

The material is transported by the furnace body from the furnace end to the output. The output end is equipped with a product condensation and collection system. The product is cooled and collected.
