The main function of a copper wire granulator machine is to recycle and separate waste cables and wires. It can process not only copper-core waste wires, cables, telephone lines, network cables, socket wires, single-copper hard wires, multi-copper wires, sheathed flexible wires, automotive and motorcycle wiring, aluminum-plastic wires, underground wires, connecting wires, various electrical wires, communication telephone lines, and square wires, but also aluminum-core wires. It can separate the metal and wire insulation from unusable waste cables, breaking them down to create recycled resources. The copper and aluminum processed by the equipment are pure and free of impurities and can be sold directly. Plastic wire insulation granules can also be sold directly. Unlike traditional wire stripping machines, which are unsuitable for processing various types of waste cables and wires of varying sizes and lengths, the new copper wire granulator  machine  can process and classify these copper and aluminum materials. Wires of different lengths and thicknesses can be crushed and sorted simultaneously by the copper wire granulator, achieving a sorting efficiency of over 98%.  

Raw Materials

Copper wire granulator machine can process various specifications of waste wires, including copper core wires, aluminum core wires, single copper wires, multi-strand sheathed wires, headphone wires, data cables, computer cables, underground cables, motor wires, flame-retardant wires, waterproof wires, lighting wires, factory waste wire ends, power strip wires, appliance plug wires, dismantled car wires, and circuit wires. However, the diameter of these wires should not exceed 20mm.

Technological Process

The entire copper wire separator features a novel structure, high output, low energy consumption, and high sorting rate. The entire process is intelligently controlled by a PLC.
