Working principle: In the production process of sand production line, the first raw stone is put into the jaw crusher for crushing evenly by vibrating feeder through the silo. After primary crushing, the raw materials are sent to impact crusher (cone crusher) for secondary crushing through belt conveyor. The crushed material is sent to vibrating screen for screening through conveyor. The finished sand is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning through the belt conveyor, and the cleaned sand is then sent to the product area through the conveyor. Larger materials are sent to the impact sand making machine for fine crushing through the conveyor again. The finely crushed material is then screened by the conveyor, thus forming a closed-loop multiple crushing and sand making.
